Edit boilerplate file
This function brings up the editor to allow entering whatever common data/questions the therapist wants to be entered in the client's notes file (whenever the "Header" button on the editor menu is selected). The editor is exited by using F8, the Files->Exit menu, or the x in the upper right corner.
