Boat Race Game Description

As the name suggests, Boat Race is a game where three boats race.  The positions of the boats are driven by the inhibit and reward band amplitudes, with perspective and wake showing amplitude and speed increasing with amplitude.

Inhibit conditions cut off the audio and thrust of the center ('reward') boat making it fall back in the race.

The colored bars at the bottom of the screen correspond to the amplitude of the inhibit and reward bands.

The fuel tank at the upper-right of the screen indicates how long optimal focus is being sustained (maintaining above threshold reward signal with no inhibits).

Inhibits can create a fog and dim the sky.

With sustained focus the reward boat jumps a ramp for added interest.
